Jonathan Torrens, CFP® is the Founding Principal, Managing Partner, Chief Investment Officer, and President of TCM Wealth Advisors (“TCM”). With over 35 years of financial services experience, Jon left his role as a Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch in 2004 to establish TCM, a fiduciary fee-only investment advisory and wealth management firm. His mission: to provide clients with independent, unbiased, and trusted fiduciary financial advice.

Jon’s primary focus is building and preserving generational wealth through goal-based financial planning for individuals, small business owners, high-net worth professionals, and institutions. He works diligently to help preserve and protect client wealth against unnecessary income, capital gains and estate taxes.

Throughout his financial planning career, Jon has conducted comprehensive financial and retirement planning workshops for public and privately held corporations, non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Outside of work, he volunteers weekly at Akron Children's Hospital as a dedicated Doggie Brigade Team Member. He also enjoys cross-training, reading, sailing, skiing, and traveling. He is a devoted husband, father of two boys, and proud owner of a Mini-Goldendoodle registered with Pet Partners as a therapy animal.

Jody Snively serves as Director of Client Relations at TCM Wealth Advisors, where she has been a dedicated team member since 2006. In this role, she oversees all aspects of client servicing, from initial engagement and onboarding through ongoing relationship management.

Jody's responsibilities encompass facilitating client applications and required documentation, coordinating comprehensive financial plan preparation and implementation, managing client service requests, and organizing client meetings. Her methodical approach, ability to work independently, and unwavering commitment to client confidentiality make her an invaluable resource for TCM's clients.

Prior to joining TCM, Jody spent 20 years in the banking industry, where she honed her office support and customer service expertise. Her dedication to excellence in fee-only financial planning led her to earn the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP™) designation through the College for Financial Planning.

Outside of work, Jody is actively involved in her local church, where she volunteers regularly and contributes to various community initiatives. A devoted wife and grandmother to four grandchildren, she enjoys reading, music, home decorating, and caring for her French Bulldog, Zoe.

Macaroni Torrens served as the Chief Morale Officer™ (CMO) Emeritus of TCM Wealth Advisors for thirteen incredible years, holding this cherished position since puppyhood. His steadfast mission was helping every client feel welcome and at ease during office visits. With global markets in constant motion, Macaroni provided reassuring calm to help clients stay focused on their long-term financial goals. Anything shared with Macaroni was held in the strictest confidence—he had "big ears and a small mouth," as the saying goes.

Macaroni was also a registered therapy animal with Pet Partners, the national leader in promoting positive human-animal interactions. Beyond the office, he served as a dedicated team member of the Doggie Brigade at Akron Children's Hospital. Every Friday, Macaroni brought joy, comfort, and instant smiles to young patients, family members, and hospital staff during his hospital visits.

Macaroni's legacy of unconditional love and dedicated volunteer service lives on through his younger brother Rafferty, continuing to inspire all who knew him.
